HOME Investment Partnerships Program

The HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) promotes partnerships between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), state and local governments, and those in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors who build, own, manage, finance, and support affordable housing initiatives. HOME provides the flexibility needed to fund a wide range of affordable housing initiatives through creative and unique housing partnerships. The HOME Program was created under Title II of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 and was significantly revised in 2013.

Please be advised that beginning Friday, January 17, 2020, through Friday, January 24, 2020, the SC Housing Development Division will not be able to process any draw or disbursement requests or issue any checks. All such requests received after Wednesday, January 15, 2020 will not be reviewed and processed until after January 27, 2020.
