Small Rental Development Program (SRDP)
Funding for the 2024 SRDP Rental Application cycle may be requested by submitting a Small Rental Development Program Intent to Apply Packet by 5 pm on April 12, 2024. Eligible Applicants must receive an approval of their Intent to Apply Packet prior to a submission of a 2024 SRDP Full Application. The SRDP application submission deadline is August 16, 2024, by 5 pm (EST). Applicants should refer to the SRDP Application Exhibit 1 - Intent to Apply and Full Application Tab Checklists for a complete list of the items that must be submitted.
