Partner with us! SC Housing encourages all lending organizations and their loan officers to become part of our approved financial team.

Loan applications for our Homebuyer Program mortgages are accepted only from licensed loan officers employed by one of our approved lending partners. Knowledge of SC Housing programs and services is essential to successful loan completion. For this reason, loan officers should complete a two hour training class designed specifically for lending institutions. Your contact information will then be placed on our website as an official SC Housing Approved Lending Partner.
