Program Update: SC Homeowner Rescue has expended all funds provided by US Treasury for mortgage and utility assistance.

The SC Homeowner Rescue Program (SC HRP) is a federally funded program that provided more than $119 million in financial assistance to over 14,500 households experiencing a pandemic-related financial hardship and is now closed.
