Program Update: SC Homeowner Rescue has expended all funds provided by US Treasury for mortgage and utility assistance. 

We regret there is no further mortgage or utility assistance. Should you need assistance, please contact your loan servicer or service provider. To connect with a free housing counselor or legal services provider for guidance, please see below:

The SC Homeowner Rescue Program (SC HRP) is a federally funded program that provided more than $119 million in financial assistance to over 14,500 households experiencing a pandemic-related financial hardship and is now closed.

The emergency mortgage assistance program SC Homeowner Rescue is closed and will not be reopening.
