Welcome to SC Housing’s resource hub for renters. We know finding an affordable place to rent is challenging these days. We want to help connect you with organizations in your community that may be able to offer assistance.

Do you have concerns about the living conditions of your home or apartment complex? We are here to help. Email us at compliance@schousing.com or call us at 803.896.9007. SC Housing can only accept complaints regarding homes and complexes we monitor.
Need Rental Assistance or Other Help?
Are you and your family struggling with housing, utilities or other needs? If so, visit the United Way of South Carolina’s 211 at United Way 2-1-1 - Home (sc211.org) or call 211 for help. There are also other organizations in your community that may have resources to fit your needs.
