SC Housing has drafted an application to compete for PRICE funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose of PRICE is to preserve and revitalize manufactured housing and manufactured housing communities. Congress has authorized HUD to implement the PRICE program using the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) statutory and regulatory framework for this first-of-its-kind initiative. $210 million has been made available for the PRICE MAIN competition, of which, SC Housing intends to request $10 million in funding. Applications must be submitted to HUD by 11:59 p.m. on July 10, 2024.

Copies of the PRICE Main Grant Draft Application will be available during normal business hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at SC Housing, 300-C Outlet Pointe Blvd, Columbia SC 29210.
