SC Housing will host its 2023 Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Developer Roundtable Workshop on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at the Cooperative Conference Center in Columbia, South Carolina. This year's workshop is being offered in person and also with a virtual option to view via Zoomgov.com. Registration is closed for the in-person option #1. Registration in advance for our virtual option #2 is required.

The purpose of this event is to engage in a productive discussion of the 2023 QAP. While any topic is welcome, SC Housing would also like for your input on the following topics:

Junior Developer Awards
County Limits
Developer Experience
Including Recent Awards in Developer Limits
Palmetto Opportunity Index, Affordable Housing Shortage and Funding Sources points
State Tax Credit Criteria
