SC Housing staffers celebrate milestone anniversaries

Several SC Housing employees are celebrating milestones this year: Each of them has been assisting South Carolina residents as state employees for either 10 or 20 years:

• Jennifer Cogan, our director of community development, recently celebrated 20 years of service;
• Charlene Davis, a coordinator in the Housing Choice Voucher program, is celebrating 10 years of service this year;
• Kathy Hardee, a coordinator in our Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, will celebrate 10 years of service in August;
• Peggy Herring, a coordinator in our Mortgage Production program, will celebrate 10 years in August;
• Christina Randall, an imaging coordinator in the Information Technology department, will celebrate 10 years of service in June; and
• Dorothy Sutton, a coordinator in the Housing Trust Fund program, recently celebrated 20 years of state employment.

“We want to congratulate these employees on their milestone anniversaries – it’s quite an accomplishment,” said Teresa Moore, SC Housing’s director of human resources. “But even more importantly, we want to thank them for all they’ve done for our agency and the great people of South Carolina.”
