SC Housing will host its 2024 Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Developer Roundtable Workshop on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at The Hall at Senate's End in Columbia, South Carolina.  This year's workshop is being offered in person and also with a virtual option to view via Zoomgov.com.  Registration is closed for Option #1- In-person attendance.  Registration in advance is required for our Zoom virtual option #2.   

The purpose of this event is to engage in a productive discussion of the 2024 Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and provide agency updates.
