SC Housing will be holding the 2020 HTF Nonprofit Participation Workshop in three (3) locations across the state:

Session 1 - Midlands
November 18, 2009
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Session 2 - Upstate
November 19, 2019
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Session 3 - Lowcountry
November 21, 2019
12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

At the workshop, attendees will receive training in a small group setting on how to qualify as a Housing Trust Fund Nonprofit organization and how to submit an Application for Nonprofit Participation in 2020. 

The Workshop is free of charge; however, we do ask that attendees register for planning purposes.  Due to limited seating, you may only attend one (1) session, so please choose your preferred location date and time from the 3 available statewide sessions.  

Who Should Attend?

Attendance is mandatory for any entity that will submit an Application for Nonprofit Participation.  The contents of this Workshop Training will be beneficial to:

  • Nonprofit Organizations who have a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) status and, have been in existence for more than one (1) full year.
  • Approved SC Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Nonprofit Organizations with a current Designation.
  • New Nonprofit Organizations planning to submit SC HTF applications for funding as an approved Nonprofit beginning November 18, 2019.

Space is limited, so please register early.  Priority will be given to registrants that fit into the categories outlined above.
